It was hard to pick a favourite of all the pictures I took in July, but this daylily stands out. I planted a mix of 6 daylilies in the spring of 2010 and I have 2 patches of this colour. In the fall we'll put them together by the golden coreopsis. Some exciting first time blooms this month: Kelly's voodoo lily, our wisteria, and America lily. Danielle's temporary lily garden out back gave us lots of variety.
Love the 'America' lily. The pink oriental in my sun garden opened today... it is 'Acapulco' so if you find any of those in that awesome lily garden, you can move them into your garden proper. I don't need them.
